OUR GOAL IS SIMPLE: LET’S FIX THIS TOGETHER, IN A WAY THAT STRENGTHENS BOTH OUR HOMES AND OUR COMMUNITY.
The Rebuild Project is built on a few simple principles:
A BETTER PATH FORWARD.
We start with your home, the original character of Altadena. We keep the memories you cherish and change for your future dreams. So long as we can stay within the “Like for Like” and can start with an original basis of design.
SHARED PROGRESS.
We openly share our process, inviting owners to join through in-office design sessions. We render and model all along so you know what you will get.
A LIVING PROCESS.
We bring our 15 years of residential design experience to bear. We help you plan your future, make your home flexible, modern and resilient.
WITHOUT EGO.
Our focus isn’t on doing lots of expensive options. We follow your lead, but are Licensed Architects, experienced space makers, and can bring a level of spatial design to your home that may not have existed before.
A METHOD THAT WORKS.
We have many rebuilds in construction right now with more coming. The drawing sets are Architect level drawings, well-coordinated with engineers, and getting swift County approval. Materials and fixtures are selected and allowed for with complete bids sent to qualified and experienced local contractors.

WE USE RECORDS AND PHOTOS OF YOUR HOME TO RESTORE IT WITH CHANGES WITHIN THE COUNTY’S ”LIKE FOR LIKE” DEFINITION
4-5 month total turn around including design, planning and building approvals, all materials and fixture selections with 3 bids on an hourly agreement & not to exceed $30k*.
*Not including an estimated additional $10K for permits, survey and engineering.
WHO WE ARE
We are established CA licensed residential architects with an office/storefront on Foothill in La Canada.
We have always worked with non-millionaires on tricky lots for folks with dreams bigger than budgets.
Our kids went to school at Odyssey in Altadena. Our family friends, our kids’ friends, our teachers, our sub-contractors, our existing + former clients have all been massively impacted by the Eaton fire.
We are deeply committed to the Altadena community. We are here for you as a resource regardless of if you hire us.
We just want the yard farms, the bbq, the birthday parties with conversations of space exploration, free eggs, creative projects and history back.
